  <p>Information: PARKERSBURG-Wylene Conley, 75, of Hazel Street, Parkersburg, died May 8, 1997, at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital.    She was born near Reedy, a daughter of the late Charles and Flora Wright Nay.  She was a graduate of Ripley High School and Mountain State Business College.  She retired from U. S. Bureau of Public Debt with 23 years service.  She was a member of Rainelle OES and attended Rosemar United Methodist Church.    Surviving are her husband of 54 years, James Conley of Parkersburg; two sons, Dana Conley of Ashland, KY, and Dennis Conley of Cornelius, NC; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.    She was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Marsha Conley.    Services were 1 PM Sunday, Ogdin-Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, the Rev. Nathan Williams officiating.  Burial Mount Olivet Cemetery.</p>
