  <p>Information: Hobert McKinley (Hobe) Archer, ?, of Parkersburg, died Sunday evening in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg. He was a native of Jackson County, son of the late Michael and Hattie Moore Archer, and was a retired machinist after 55 years of employment with the O. Ames Co.  He attended the Methodist church and was an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving are a brother, Howard Archer of Satsuma, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Balderson, Mrs. Bertha Conger and Mrs. Sylvia Page, all of Parkersburg.  Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday at Franklin and Son Memorial Funeral Chapel, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Charles Wilkinson officiating.  Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home.</p>
