Information: BODY BROUGHT TO RIPLEY FOR BURIAL TODAY - Harold ""Bus"" Conley, 27, of Ripley, was instantly killed at Burgettstown, Penna., about 6:15 Sunday morning when the car in which he was a passenger struck the headwall of a bridge.  The driver.........reported to have been seriously injured and was taken to a hospital in Washington, Penna.  Officers said the car hit the bridge with terrific force.  The motor was torn from the car and thrown for about 20 feet beyond the bridge.  Conley was thrown out of the car and landed a considerable distance away.  Both men were employed by the Weirton Steel Company and after working the night shift at the mill on Saturday night they were on their way to Washington to get Lamb's wife, officers said they had learned.  A charge of manslaughter is being filed against Lamb they said, but that he had yet been able to leave the hospital and was considered to have been seriously injured.  Conley's body was brought to the Vail mortuary in Ripley on Monday and plans have been completed for the funeral service which will be held from the Vail chapel at two o'clock this (Wednesday) afternoon and the burial will be in the Conley plot of Pine Hill cemetery.  The Rev. Vairl Winters will officiate at the service.  Conley was a son of the late William and Flossie Conley of Ripley. He was a veteran of World War II and served for over three years with the Navy in the Pacific Theatre of operations.  He had been employed at Weirton Steel for some time and relatives said that Lamb was his ""best friend"".  The survivors include four brothers, Elmer Conley, William Conley, Jr., Doyle Conley and Dwight Conley, all of Ripley; and four sisters, Mrs. Tim Duncan of Sandyville, Mrs. Donald Stalnaker of Sandyville, Mrs. Marie Casto of Ripley, and Donna Lee Conley of Sandyville.
