Information: Mrs. Maxine Good Conger, 45, Route 2, Sandyville, died unexpectedly Thursday evening in the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg. She was born in Kentucky, a daughter of the late Warren and Mary Shamblin Good. She was a member of the Turkey Fork Tabernacle. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Conger, Jr.; three sons, Ronald of Sandyville, Gregory of Ellenboro, and Andy Conger, at home; a daughter, Patricia, at home; a brother, Dale Good of Lubeck; four sisters, Carrie Schuman of Sharpes, Fla., Addeline Smith of Cocoa, Fla., and Gay Shamblin and Dollie Redman, both of Ripley; and a grandson, Justin. She was preceded in death by six brothers. Services were conducted Sunday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home Chapel with Evangelist Norman Taylor and the Rev. Larry Thomas officiating. Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.
