  <p>Information: Martha Anne Miller Balding Conger, 65, of Sandyville WV, died November 7, 2002, at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg WV.  She was born April 14, 1937, in Fayetteville WV, daughter of Wilson Miller and Laura Lea Brisendine Miller.  She was a homemaker.  She touched many lives.  She opened the first daycare in Jackson County.  As the beloved wife of Reverend Jr. Conger, was faithful in her duties as a minister&#39;s wife.  Together they had done foreign travel in the ministry of Christ.  She was very active in the work of the church, Larkmead Faith Tabernacle.  Her Christian family loved her very much.  She will be greatly missed.  She was the most beautiful person inside and out that anyone could ever imagine, says her granddaughter, Tara.  Family and friends alike were truly blessed to have loved and been loved by her.  She is survived by her husband, Rev. Lawrence Conger, Jr. of Sandyville; children, Regina Rhodes and her husband David, Delano Balding and his wife Yunyea, and Paul Balding and his wife Doris; stepchildren, Ronald Conger and his wife Debbie, Greg Conger and his wife Doris, Andrew Conger and his wife Mary, Patricia Burge and her husband Joe; grandchildren, Tara, Keith, Tiffany, Stacy and Marshall; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Brianne and Tate; ten step-grandchildren and three great-step-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley, Lucille, Fay, Edna, Jean, and Peggy; brothers, Bill, Brownie, Georgie and Johnny.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Franklin D. R. ""Bud"" Balding.  Funeral services were held on Monday, November 11, 2002 at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Burial in the Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville WV.</p>
