  <p>Information: Mrs. Kathryn Combs, 70, Millwood, died Friday in Jackson General Hospital following a short illness.  She was born at Pleasant View, daughter of the late Charles and Mayme Fox Farra.  She was a member of the Millwood United Methodist Church.  Survivors include her husband, James E. Combs; three daughters, Karen and Ann of Millwood, and Mrs. Norma Wetzel of Largo, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Jean Drennen of Ravenswood; four sons, Thomas Combs of Millwood, James Combs of Ravenswood, John Combs of Cottageville and David Combs of Vienna; two sisters, Mrs. Erma Burge and Mrs. Clarice Hudson of Millwood; one brother, George Farra of Sandyville; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  Services were held Sunday at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans with the Rev. Russell Crawford officiating.  Burial was in Otterbein Cemetery.</p>
