  <p>Information: Dennis Collins, 76, of Fairplain, died May 26, 1990, in Jackson General Hospital, after a long illness.  He was retired from Libby-Owens-Ford, Kanawha City.  He was a Mason and an Oddfellow.  Surviving:  wife, Mildred Collins; son, Jack of Sandyville; daughters, Catherine Ashby of Parkersburg, Sue Casto of Kenna, Donna Fox of Chamblee, Ga., Sharon Peters of Fort Washington Forest, Md., Joan Newland of Strasburg, Va., Pamela Ingles of Corinth, Ky.; sister, Irene McCartney of Charleston; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.  Service was Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Gary White officiating.  Burial with Masonic graveside services was in Ephesus Cemetery, Fairplain.</p>
