  <p>Information: Clarence B. Collins, 68, of Ripley, died Saturday in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was a retired Union Carbide employe, a member of the Masons of Ripley, the Scottish Rite of Charleston and the Shrine Temple of Parkersburg.  Surviving:  wife, Ruth; son, Richard of Ripley; daughter, Mrs. Judith DeWees of Magnolia, Ohio; brother, Dennis of Ripley; sister, Mrs. Irene McCartney of Charleston; five grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. William Lane officiating.  Burial will be in Ephesus Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
