  <p>Information: VIENNA - Connie Louise Coleman, 47, of Vienna, departed this life Feb. 23, 1997, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, WV following a brief illness.  She was born July 13, 1949 at Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Calvin C. and Betty Louise Bennett Riggs.  She was a personal care giver and attended the First United Methodist Church, McDavid, FL.  Survivors include her husband, Joe Allen Coleman; sister, Doris Eileen Kelly of Parkersburg WV; several nieces and nephews.  Service will be Wed., Feb. 26, 1997, 1:00 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV with the Rev. Donald Ramsey officiating.  Burial will be in the Drift Run Cemetery, Sandyville WV.</p>
