Information: Mrs. Oak Cline, 36 years old, of Sherman, died at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Kessel hospital following a protracted illness. Mrs. Cline, who is survived by her husband and three children, had been brought to the hospital about three weeks ago. She underwent a major operation about twelve days ago.  Mrs. Cline was born in Roane county but had lived the greater part of her life in Jackson county.  In 1923 she was married to Howard Garrett, to which union two children were born, Paulina, who survives and William, deceased.  In 1932 she was united in marriage to O. B. Cline and to this union two children, Okie Paul and Violet Jane, were born, both of whom survive.  She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Cora Pickerell, of Sherman and two brothers, Clarence of Parkersburg and Claude of Dunbar.  Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Friday morning from the Meadowdale church with Rev. Pugh officiating.  Interment will be made at the cemetery there.  Palmer funeral home will be in charge.
