  <p>Information: Donald H. Anthony, 79, of Ripley, died Wednesday in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH, after a long illness.  He worked for the City of Ripley for 14 years as a laborer.  He was a member of Hemlock Community Church.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Survivors include his wife, Violet; one son, Charles Richard Anthony of Ripley; one daughter, Velma ""Cookie"" Rhodes of Ravenswood; one brother, Boyd of Ripley; two sisters, Corrine Coulson and Nora Anthony, both of Marion, OH; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Services were yesterday at Parsons Funeral Home.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  *Born in Jackson County, a son of the late Albert and Lula Beck Myers.</p>
