  <p>Information: John E. Click, 83, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away in St. Mary&#39;s Medical Center.  Burial was in the Jackson Chapel Cemetery, Mt. Alto, Jackson County, with a committal and military rites conducted by the Jackson County Americal Legion.  He was born September 29, 1921, in Mason County, a son of the late Perry Leander and Nannie Viola Durst Click.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Donald Daniel Click and his spouse Edith Click.  John began his teaching career at age 18 in Mason County and served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II.  He taught in Cabell County and retired as principal from Monroe Elementary School. He received his Masters at Marshall University, attended the New Hope United Methodist Church and was a member of the VFW Post 9738 in Guyandotte.  Survivors include his wife, Carleen Click of Morgantown; daughter, Nancy Click of Spartanburg, SC; his son and daughter-in-law, John W. ""Bill"" and Anne Click of Buford, GA; four grandchildren, Ryan Jarrell and his spouse Michelle of Charlotte, NC; Rustin Jarrell of Charleston, SC; John Click and his spouse Christen of Bethleham, GA; and Elaine Click of Buford, GA; niece Clarice Durst; and nephews, Roy Click, Donald and Ronald Click.</p>
