Information: DEATH CLAIMS AGED FARMER - Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Emma Chapel church for George William ""Wid"" Clendenin, 85-year-old retired farmer who died unexpectedly at noon Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. F. B. Mays of Kenna.  The Rev. Hobson D. Fisher officiated at the service and the burial was in the Clendenin family cemetery.  Mr. Clendenin was born in Putnam county on October 16, 1865, the son of William and Fanny Jividen Clendenin.  He had spent his entire life in Putnam county and at Kenna where he had lived for the past several years.  Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Samantha Clendenin and the daughter at whose home he died.
