Information: WINFIELD - Albert Dale Clendenin, 70, of Winfield, died Jan. 6, 1996, after a long illness.  He was a native of Jackson County and a 16-year resident of Winfield.  He was a graduate of Ripley High School and a member of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II and held life memberships in the DAV and VFW Posts of Delaware, Ohio.  He was retired from the Army Corps of Engineers, Winfield Locks, and the Days Inn of Winfield.  Surviving:  wife, Rosemary Murray; daughers, Kathryn Sandy of Lexington, Va., Janet Williams of Woodbridge, Va., Jayne Pauley of Melbourne, Fla.; brother, Robert F. of Ashton; sisters, Glendora McVey of El Paso, Texas, Lenora Perry of Charleston, B. J. Clendenin, Dixie Starcher and Judy Hudson, all of Ripley; six grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Nitro, with the Rev. Dean Borgmeyer officiating.  Burial will be in Shinn Cemetery, Fairplain.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Maintenance Fund, 22nd Street and Second Avenue, Nitro WV 25143, or Hospice Nurses Fund Association, Attention, Rebecca Hedrick or Janet Anderson, 1143 Dunbar Ave., Dunbar WV 25064.
