Information: Ethel Mae Clem, 70, Ravenswood, died Sunday evening at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Hoyt and Ella Pratt Armstrong, and was a member of the Independence United Methodist Church.  She is survived by her husband, Otho Clem; one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Sarver, Belpre; two brothers, Dale of Ravenswood, and Ronald of Georgetown, Pa.; one sister, Ophia Baker, McConnelsville, O.; one granddaughter; and one great-grandson.  Funeral services will be today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.
