  <p>Information:     4/9/64  Emil H. Clem, 59, of Route 2, Sherman, died last Wednesday in the St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, following a short illness.  He was born in Jackson County, Oct. 24, 1904, son of the late Robert J. and Victoria Nohe Clem.  He was a farmer in Jackson County most of his life.  Survivors include his widow, Dora Sargent Clem; one son, Harold Clem, at home; two brothers, Virgil of Mansfield, O., and Russell Clem of Parkersburg, and two sisters, Mrs. Loila Moore of Parkersburg and Mrs. Lucy Cramlet of Washington, Wood County.  Funeral services were held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Charles Parsons officiating.   </p>
