Other ""grandchildren"" include Dr. Tomi Sampson, Ricky Williams, and Cody Dillon, along with a myriad of very close nieces and nephews. Carol's favorite pastimes were spending time with her Earthly Angels, including her surrogate sister, Alice Boyce, attending Wesley Chapel, where she attended during her childhood and was married on October 10, 1954, and bragging about her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. All her family, church family, along with Facebook and email friends will sadly miss her. A celebration of her life was observed Saturday, July 30th, at Bartlett Funeral Home in Grafton. The service was 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Dan Lowther, Pastor Lynn Cartwright, and Pastor Patrice Weirick officiating. Interment followed at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Morgantown.
