  <p>Information: ANKRUM SERVICE HELD ON SATURDAY - Funeral services for John F. Ankrum, 63, of Cottageville, were held at the Hopewell Baptist church at Mt. Alto on Saturday with Rev. Thomas Whaley offficiating and burial with the Vail funeral directors in charge was in the Blaine Memorial cemetery at Cottageville.  Mr. Ankrum, a well known citizen of the county, died at his home Thursday after a long illness.  Death had been expected.  .......and a member of the Hopewell Baptist church.  Survivors are his widow, Vennie; two sons, George of Niles, Ohio and John of Columbus; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Hoge of Oaks, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Jones and Miss Lydia Ankrum, both of South Charleston; and three grandsons.</p>
