  <p>Information:      O&#39;Dell Chancey, 73, of Ripley , died at the Jackson General Hospital, Sunday.    He was born (Nov. 12, 1903) in Plum Orchard, son of the late James and Angeline Gandee Chancey.  He was a retired farmer.  He is survived by his widow, Gertha Anderson Chancey; two sons, Bobby O., of Harrisville, and Billy E., of Ripley, three daughters, Mrs. Freda Good of Washington, Mrs. Wanda Bush and Mrs. Doris Wilson, of Ripley; two sisters, Mrs. Florida Casto of Marietta, Ohio and Mrs. Polly Anderson of Ripley; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.           Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel in Ripley, with the Rev. Gene Eaton officiating.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.  </p>
