  <p>Information: Mildred I. Fluharty Chancey, 82, died Thursday, October 24, 2002, in Ocean Springs, Miss. She was born October 12, 1920, in Wetzel County WV, and was a resident of the Mississippi coast for the past 25 years, where she was a member of the Ocean Springs First Presbyterian Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman D. Chancey; parents, Burl and Mary Fleming Fluharty; daughter, Marianne Chaffins; and a son and daughter-in-law, Geary and Mary Jane Chancey.  Survivors include six sons, Paul D. and his wife Jessie of Rushville OH, Bill and his wife Betty Chancey of Beebe AR, Al Chancey of Escatawpa MS, Dale Chancey of Vicksburg MS, Mark and his wife Brenda Chancey of Gautier MS, and Brian and Lena Beth Chancey of Long Beach MS; one daughter, Beth and her husband, Don Love of Ocean Springs MS; 23 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Edna McVay of Leroy WV, Louise Brabham of Davisville WV, Virginia Eddy of Belleville WV, Lenore Tallman of Liverpool WV, Vivian Poling of Ripley WV; brothers, Burl D. Fluharty of Camp Hill Pa; and Dale Fluharty of Liverpool WV; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.  Funeral services were held on Monday, October 28, at the Snyder-Sheridan Funeral Home, Breden OH, with Rev. Richard S. Beider officiating.  Burial in the West Rushmore Cemetery, West Rushmore OH.</p>
