Information:   Mrs. Lona Chancey, 73, died at her home at Kenna on Wednesday. She had been in failing health for several years, suffered a heart attack several days earlier and then pneumonia developed. She was a member of the Grasslick Baptist Church at Kenna, where the funeral service was held Saturday, and burial with the Vail funeral directors in charge was in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, C.V.; daughters, Mrs. Pauline Skeen of Charleston, Mrs. Lovada Hall of Ravenswood, Mrs. Blondenia Boggess of Dunbar; a sister, Mrs. Oma Johnson of Kenna, and eight grandchil dren. Mrs. Chancey was a daughter of the late Dr. T.W. And Sarah Maddox Simmons.
