  <p>Information: CHANCEY RITES HELD ON FRIDAY - Funeral services were held here Friday afternoon at the Vail funeral home for Mrs. Fannie Ludwig Chancey, 83, and the burial was in the Ludwig cemetery.  The Rev. Vairl Winter officiated.  Mrs. Ludwig died at Lisbon, Ohio, on Wednesday, after a brief illness.  She was born at Ripley on October 24m 1879, a daughter of Isaac and Annie Spears.  She was a member of the Missionary Baptist church.  Survivors include six sons, Dan Ludwig of East Liverpool, Homer of East Liverpool, Oliver of Parkersburg, William of Lisbon, O., Jack of Pompano Beach, Fla. and M. C. Ludwig of Elizabeth; four daughters, Mrs. Ollie Clegg of Akron, Mrs. Fleeta Riggs of Lisbon, Ohio, Mrs. Pauline Small of Dearborn, Michigan, and Mrs. Nina Schuler of Pompano Beach, Florida; a brother, Ben Spears of Sandyville; a sister, Mary Lewis of Detroit; 33 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.</p>
