  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Ethel Mae Skeen Chancey, 80, of Ripley, died June 19, 1997, at home after a short illness.  She was a former employee of The Diamond, Charleston, and an employee of the Jackson County Public Library.  Surviving:  son, Harold of Fort Mill, S. C.; daughters, Shirley Coomes of Ripley, Mary Talbott of Big Rock, Va.; sisters, Mildred Boykin of Centerline, Mich., Allene Cummings of Cottageville, Colleen Rose of St. Albans; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Krimmel officiating.  Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
