  <p>Information: Charles Bud Chancey, 81, of Kenna, died Tuesday, May 22, 1973 at the Riverside Nursing Home in St. Albans after a long illness.  He was born March 11, 1892 at Plum Orchard, West Virginia, the son of James and Angeline Gandee Chancey.  He was a retired farmer and member of the Grasslick Baptist Church.  His wife, Lona Simmons Chancey, preceded him in death.  Survivors:  two daughters, Mrs. Lavada Hall of Ravenswood and Mrs. Bondenia Boggess of Dunbar; one brother, O&#39;Dell Chancey of Ripley; two sisters, Mrs. Florida Casto of Marietta, Ohio, and Mrs. Polly Anderson of Ripley; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at the Grasslick Baptist Church with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating.  Burial will be in the Grasslick Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.   </p>
