  <p>Information: B. Elliott Chancey, 66, of Ripley, died Monday at home. He was a retired boilermaker and was a member of the Fairplain Union Church. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Ripley Lodge No. 16 AF & AM and a member of the York Rite in Ravenswood. Surviving: wife, Jacqueline Chancey; sons, James L. of Littleton, Colo., Richard E., Gene and Mark E., all of Ripley; brothers, William T, of Wilmington, Ohio, Howard G., of Ripley; sister, Mrs. Gertrude Monk of Charleston; six grandchildren. The Rev. Allen Stewart will officiate the funeral services Thursday morning, 11 a.m. at Fairplain Union church with burial in Fairplain Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service. Friends may call at Parsons Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today.      	 </p>
