  <p>Information: Lucille Swisher Castrup, 81, of Bloomington, Minn., died Wednesday at home after a two-month illness.  A long-time resident of Ripley, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Wilma D. Swisher.  She also was preceded in death by her husband, Grover H. Castrup.  Mrs. Castrup is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Wilma and Willis Volkmer of Eben Prairie, Minn.; and granddaughter, Susan Volkmer of Hopkins, Minn.  Mrs. Castrup was a retired Jackson County schoolteacher, having taught in Cottageville and spending the majority of her career at Ripley High School.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley, where services were held Sunday followed by burial at Pine Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements were made by Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.  The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Alice Shinn, 1 Highland Drive, Ripley, WV 25271.</p>
