  <p>Information: AGRICULTURE SPECIALIST CLAIMED - Wendell O. Casto, 72, of Ripley died Sept. 27, 1992 at Eldercare of Ripley after a long illness.  Prior to his retirement, he was a livestock specialist with the Department of Agriculture.  He worked several years at livestock auction markets in Ripley and Pt. Pleasant and had farmed full time prior to joining the Department of Agriculture.  He was a former director of Farm Credit and a veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  wife, Marie; sons, Joe Wendell of Ripley, William F. of Kenna; brother, Jake of Barberton, Ohio; sister, Mildred Kessel of Ripley; three grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, wiith the Rev. William McMorran officiating.  Burial will be in Grasslick Cemetery, Kenna.</p>
