  <p>Information: Voyd R.Casto Jr., 59, of Dunbar, died Monday at home after a long illness.  He was a retired employee of the state Department of Employment Security.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunbar where he was a deacon.  He was an Army veteran of World War II and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.  He was a member of the American Legion and a 41-year resident of Dunbar.  He was a 1943 graduate of Ripley High School.  Surviving: wife, Lee Melton Casto; son, Paul M. of Dunbar; daughter, Mrs. Louisa Jane Burdette of Hurricane; mother, Mrs. Leo Casto of Kenna; brother, John Henry of Weirton; sisters, Geraldine Parsons of Sissonville, Margaret Bell Casto of Lakin, Patricia Ely Willette of Kenna; two grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) in First Baptist Church of Dunbar with the Rev. Delvin D. Elwell officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens with military graveside rites.  Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar was in charge of arrangements.   </p>
