  <p>Information: CHARLESTON - Virginia Hood Casto, 86, of Charleston WV, died March 30, 2002, at the Hubbard House following a short illness.  She was born April 30, 1915, daughter of the late J. K. and Ida Mae Greer Hood.  She was a graduate of Morris Harvey College Class of 1947 and taught school for 30 years and attained her commercial pilot license in 1939.  She was a member of Bream Presbyterian Church of Charleston.  She is survived by a son, Lowell H. Casto of Newark, Delaware; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard K. Casto; two brothers, Clyde and Clair Hood; four sisters, Irene Bitting, Isabelle Crites, Marion Tilley and Helen Rhoades.  Funeral services will be held today at the Vail Funeral Home Chapel in Ripley with Rev. Charles I. Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley WV.  Memorials may be made to Hubbard House of Charleston WV.</p>
