  <p>Information: Panumbra Plympton Casto, 59, of Dunbar, died Friday in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness from pneumonia.  He was an employee of Mountain State Construction Company for 23 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ripley.  Mr. Casto lived in Dunbar 12 years and was formerly of St. Albans.  He was a native of Jackson County.  Surviving:  wife, Jessie L. Anderson Casto, son, Frederick Casto of St. Albans; daughter, Mrs. David N. Combs of Overland Park, Kansas; mother, Mrs. John M. Casto of Ripley; sister, Mrs. Hildreth Cunningham Waddell of South Charleston; four grandchildren.  The funeral service was at Dunbar on Monday and the burial was at St. Albans.</p>
