  <p>Information: NEW HAVEN - Oscar Owens Casto Jr., 70, of New Haven, Mason County, died Dec. 10, 1997, at home after a long illness.  He was born June 10, 1927 at Millwood, a son of the late Oscar O., Sr. and Leota Fields Casto.  He was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church and a retired maintenance supervisor for Phillip Sporn plant, New Haven, with 37 years&#39; service.  He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post 140, New Haven, VFW Post 9926, Mason, Masonic Lodge 23, Mason, Eastern Star 157. Mason, York Rite Bodies, Charleston, Lafayette Shrine 44 and Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem.        Surviving:  wife, Nellie Frances Sayre Casto; daughters, Shelley Barr of Pauline, S. C., Kimberly Clendenin of Evans; brothers, William of Ormond Beach, Fla., Denvil of Mount Jackson, Va., Noel of Ripley, Dell of Merritt Island, Fla.; sister, Virginia King of Plantation, Fla.; four grandchildren.  Service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gregory Blair officiating.  Burial, with military graveside rites, will be in Longview Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, where there will be an Eastern Star service at 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Pleasant Valley Home Health and Hospice, 1011 Viand St., Point Pleasant, W. Va. 25550.</p>
