  <p>Information: SCOTTSVILLE, Ky-Oren E. Casto, 73, of Scottsville, Formerly of Given and Dunbar WV, died April 9, 1997 at Bowling Green Medical Center after a short illness.    He was a Christian and a retired supervisor from Goodrich Gulf, Institute, WV nd B. F Goodrich, Akron, OH.  He was a member of VFW Post 5501, Ripley, WV and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.    Surviving:  wife, Jacqueline K.; daughters Theresa Casto Collins and Elizabeth M. Casto, both of Columbus, OH; stepdaughters, Sandra Downing Amory of Cincinnati, J. Kim Downing of San Francsco; stepsons, Benjamin H. Downing of Richmond, VA, Jeffrey G. Downing of Downington, PA; sister, Marguerite Young of Dunbar; five grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.    Service will be noon Saturday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, wtih Pastor John A. Mason officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.</p>
