Information: Olin Estel Casto, 84 of Vienna, Vienna banker and civic leader, died Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 31, 1990 at his residence.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late William and Matilda Westfall Casto.  He was retired from the Citizens Coal Concrete Co. and was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church.  He was one of the founders of the Ohio Valley National Bank (now the United National Bank of Vienna) where he was a member of the board of directors for eight years.  In the 1940's he was a Vienna City Councilman and a grocer.  He was one of the men who was influential in obtaining a two-way highway through Vienna.  He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Hazel Brown Casto; one daughter, Mary Kathryn Atkinson of Vienna; two grandchildren, Phillip Atkinson and Mark Atkinson, both of Vienna; one great-grandson, Todd Atkinson of Vienna; two sisters, Gladys Duncan of Slate, W. Va., Corrinne Stewart of Raleigh, N.C.; one brother, Ernest Casto of Rockport, W. Va.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Otho Casto and Oral Casto.  Services were Friday at Parkersburg, at the Vaughan Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy D. Knight officiating.  Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery.
