  <p>Information: Barbara Ann Adams, 50, of Evans, departed this life May 22, 1997, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.  She was born July 12, 1946, at Cottageville, a daughter of Marie Kinzel Sayre hatcher of Evans and the late Forrest O.  Sayre.  She was a former elementary school teacher, a junior at West Virginia University-Parkersburg branch, a homemaker and a Methodist.  Surviving: sons, Thomas Dale Adams Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and Jim Andrew Adams at home; daughters, Darci Lizabeth Adams and Heather Ann Adams Bowles of Evans; sister, Delphia King of Evans; stepfather, Uriah Hatcher of Evans.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Olive Sayre Fauver.  Service at Casto Funeral Home.      	 </p>
