  <p>Information: EVANS - Nellie Frances Casto, 74, of Evans,departed this life July 7, 2003, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley following an extended illness.  She was born Oct. 13, 1928 in Evans, a daughter of the late John Henry and Virginia Belle Davis Sayre.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Oscar O. Casto, Jr. and a sister, Betty Hunt.  She was a homemaker, a past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 157, Mason, and a member of the Cherokee Homemakers Club, New Haven.  She attended Parchment Valley Baptist Church, Ripley.  Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Shelley and Charles Barr of Pauline, SC, Kimberly and Billy Clendenin of Evans; grandchildren, Jennifer and Cody Barr, Joshua and Samantha Clendenin.  Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial will follow in Longview Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home followed by an Eastern Star service at 8 p.m.</p>
