  <p>Information: Mrs. Minnie McCloud Casto, 70, St. Albans, died Saturday at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  A 38-year resident of St. Albans, she was retired from Boll Furniture Co., Charleston and was a member of First Baptist Church, St. Albans, Meadors Bible Class and the Leota Campbell Circle.  She was a graduate of Ripley High School.  Surviving:  husband, William A.; son, William A. II of St. Albans; brothers, Ira V. McCloud of Evans and Ray S. McCloud of Vienna; sister, Mrs. Elsie Woodard of Evans; two grandchildren.  Service was Monday at First Baptist Church, St. Albans, with the Rev. William R. Hayden officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.  Bartlett Funeral Home, St. Albans, was in charge of arrangements.   </p>
