  <p>Information: Milford Morgan Casto, 81, of Dunbar, died March 3, 1997, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was a retired purchasing agent form Avtex, Nitro, a Marine Corps veteran of World War II, a member of Humphreys United Methodist Church, Dunbar, and Sleepy Hollow Country Club, and a native of Rock Castle.  Surviving:  wife, Marie Kessell Casto; son, Philip Morgan Casto of Lilburn, Ga.; brothers, Dale of South Charleston, Arthur of Point Pleasant, Bernard of Evans; sisters, Marie Casto of Ripley, Ardella Casto of Cross Lanes; four granddaughters; three great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Humphreys United Methodist Church with the Rev. Loretta D. Isaiah officiating.  Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Jackson County.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.</p>
