  <p>Information: Mildred Loraine Casto, 73, of Ripley, WV, departed this life July 13, 1999, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following an extended illness. She was born November 23, 1925  at Cottageville, WV, a daughter of the late Dennis Leroy and Beatrice L. (Anderson) Durst.  She was a homemaker and a Baptist.  Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Howard H. Casto; sons, Howard Junior Casto of Rockport, TX, Brent Casto of Brewster OH, and Aaron Casto of Akron OH; daughters, Melissa Legg of Clermont FL, Beverly Hardman of Bowling Green OH, Sandra Brown of Dalton OH, Pamela Bojo of Tuscaloosa AL, Renae Casto of Akron OH and Carolyn Nichols of Orrville OH; brothers, Leroy Durst of Point Pleasant and Dewain Durst of Reedsville OH; sisters, Helen Braden of Cottageville, Joann Walters of Columbus OH and Josephine Kay of Akron OH; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by sons, Gregory and Brian; brother, Donnie Dean Durst and sister, Genevieve Jacober.  Service was Friday, July 16, 1999 - 2:30 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans WV with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating.  Burial followed in the Fairplain Cemetery near Ripley.  Visitation 5 - 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.</p>
