  <p>Information: Matt L. Casto, 90, of Ripley, died Monday at the St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.  He was born March 13, 1873 in Jackson county, son of the late Joel and Mary Casto.  He belonged to the Siniaville Methodist Church.  Survivors include a son, Russell Casto, of Ripley; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Maxwell, Charleston, Mrs. Audell Williams and Mrs. Helen Carder, both of Ripley; six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. today (Wednesday) at the Ripley EUB church.  The Rev. Robert Evans will officiate and burial will be in the Fairplain cemetery.  Friends may call at the Vail funeral home, Ripley, until noon Wednesday, at which time the body will be taken to the church to lie in state one hour prior to services.</p>
