  <p>Information:      Josephine F. Casto,78,of Ripley, died Wednesday at Jackson GeneralHospital, Ripley.         She was born in Kenna, a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Susan Fields Ladis.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant View Church.         Surviving are two sons; one daughter; two brothers; three sisters; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.         She was preceded in death by her first husband, Hershel Skeen, in 1958; her second husband, James Harland Casto, in 1992; and one sister.         Service 1 p.m. today (Saturday) at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, the Rev. Billy Casto oficiating.  Burial will be in the Plainview Cemetery, Kenna.</p>
