  <p>Information: John Hoyt Casto, 101, of Kenna, passed away May 7, 2013, at his home while surrounded by his family.  He was born March 30, 1912, at Belgrove, WV, a son of the late John Lightburn and Lavina Jane Casto.  His wife of 65 years, Iva Ellen (Munday) Casto, brothers, Loren, Ernie, Owen and Kenna Casto, and sisters, Macil Parsons, Elsie Parsons and Ethel Staats also preceded him in death.  He was a mail carrier for 30 years and a lifelong farmer.  He was a proud member of Plainview Baptist Church, where he served as Superintendent, class leader and assistant Sunday school teacher.  He loved playing music and singing for the Lord.         Survivors include his sons, Jerry Casto and his fiance, Norma Anthony, and Gary Casto of Kenna; daughters, Betty Jo Moore, Dottie and her husband, Rudy Brown, and Cathy and her husband, Kevin Canterbury, all of Kenna; sister, Opal Litton of Birmingham AL; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.  The family wishes to express their appreciation to Home Health and Hospice for their wonderful kindness and help. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the Plainview Baptist Church, Kenna, with the Pastors Roger Burdette and Rex Angel officiating.  Burial will follow in the Casto Cemetery, Kenna.  Visitation will be one hour prior to time of service at the church.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, is providing arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Plainview Baptist Church, c/o Janet Cogar, 3209 Stone Lick Road, Kenna WV 25248.  Condolences may be sent to castofh@gmail.com.</p>
