  <p>Information: Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2 o&#39;clock at the Moss Chapel Church near Rockcastle for Jasper H. Casto, 71 year old farmer, who died in a Charleston hospital Monday afternoon.  Mr. Casto had been ill only a few weeks and was taken to the hospital several days ago but his condition failed to improve.  The body was brought to the Vail Mortuary in Ripley Monday where it was prepared for burial.  Mr. Casto, the son of the late McComas and Florence Staats Casto, is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ida Johnson Casto; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Kessel of Given, and three sons, Early Casto of Given, Howard Casto of Rockcastle and Kenneth Casto of Bluefield.  Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Inez Casto of Given and Mrs. Shirley Holland of Minersville, Ohio, and five brothers, Clate Casto of Liberty, Claremont Casto of Evans, Okey Casto of Raine, John Casto of Ripley and Orville Casto of Pollack, Missouri.</p>
