  <p>Information:      James Harlon Casto, 71, of Ripley, died October 12, 1992, at his residence, following an exteded illness.         He was born in Belgrove, WV, a son of the late Ike and Minnie Casto.  He had retired after 32 years service from Libby-Owens-Ford Glass Company in Carleston.         Surviving: his wife, Josephine Casto; two sons, Earl Casto of Evans and Paul Casto of Kenna; two daughters, Virginia Fisher of Ripley and Janet Casto of Statts Mill; two step sons; one step daughter; two brothers, Harm Casto of Ripley and Fred Casto of Charleston; four sisters, Esta Skeens of Fairplain, Georgia Casto of Kentuckk, Mamie Parsons and Dolly Freshour of Kenna; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five step great-grandchildren.          Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Parsons Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Casto officiating.  Burial will be in Casto/Plainview Cemetery, Stone Lick Road, Kenna.          </p>
