  <p>Information: STATTS MILLS - Iva M. Doughty Casto, 104, of Statts Mills died May 7, 1999, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness. She was a member of Sinaiville United Methodist Church, was a housewife and a midwife.  Surviving:  sons, Ottie D. and Basil O. Casto, both of Parkersburg; sisters, Opal Rhodes of Ohio, Anabelle Rhodes of Pocatalico; 13 grandchildren; several great- and great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Sinaiville United Methodist Church, Statts Mills, with the Rev. Johnny White officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
