  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Isaac Cecil Casto, 52, of Ripley, died Dec. 10, 1994, at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was a former Jackson County school bus driver with 21 years&#39; service and self-employed.  Surviving: son, Dustin Dean Casto of Ripley; daughters, Tonja Faith Middleton of St. Albans, Shonda Hope Goff of Ripley; mother, Matilda Davis Casto of Ripley; brothers, Harold and Kermit, both of Ripley, Paul of Ansted; one grandchild.  Graveside service and burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Calvary Cemetery, near Cedar Lakes, with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
