Information: Mrs. Imogene Casto, 68, of South Charleston, died Feb. 4, 1991, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in North Charleston.  She was a member of North Side Church of the Nazarene.  She was a native of Jackson County.  Surviving:  husband, Clifford O. Casto; daughters, Patricia A. Spurgin of Parkersburg, Doris J. Michael of South Charleston; sons, Edward L. of Sissonville, Daniel J. of Poca; sister, Genievie Davis of Bellville; brother, Harold ""Jim"" Baker of Washington WV; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson.  Service will be 11 a,m, today (Wednesday) at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Charleston.  Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery, Kenna.     (She was born in Jackson County, the daughter of the late Samuel Baker and Effie Jane Hess Baker)
