  <p>Information: LIBERTY - Hoyt L. Casto, 81, of Liberty, Putnam County, died April 30, 1994, at home after a long illness.  He was a former laborer for Raleigh Junk Co.  Surviving:  wife, Mary E.; sons, Charles of Kenna, Jimmy of Charleston; daughters, Lorena Phillips of Charleston, Delores Belcher of Liberty, Carol White of Lyndor, Pa., Joyce Gibson and Cindy Pritt, both of Sissonville; brother, Ayward of Kentuck; sisters, Mary Miller, Mae Persinger and Mabel Horn, all of Belgrove, Alice Casto of Ripley; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Billy Casto and the Rev. Charles Harper, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Belgrove Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
