  <p>Information: Holly D. Casto, 81, of 7th St., Ripley, died Monday at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was born in Jackson County, son of the late W. C. and Verna Casto.  He was a heavy equipment master mechanic and member of the IOEW Union.  Funeral service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Brooks officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery at Evans.  Survivors include three sons:  Jeems (Jim), William E. and Dick D., all of Ripley; two sisters, Mrs. Freda Dornan, Thornville, Ohio and Mrs. Mildred Rowley, Jacksontown, Ohio; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
