  <p>Information: Herbert O. Casto, 81, of Ripley died on Wednesday of last week at home.  He was a member of Fairplain EUB Church.  Survivors include:  widow, Eliza M.; sons, Bernard of Kelly Creek, Junior of Columbus, Ohio, Billy L. of Ripley, Norman E. of Marietta, Ohio, James F. of Pataskala, Ohio, Paul E. of Fort Lee, Va.; stepson, Edward R. Webb of Ravenna, Ohio; daughters Mrs. Launa Sayre of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Oma Jones of Given, Mrs. Rebecca Ann Scaggs of Chilicothe, Ohio, Mrs. Naoma Ruth Parsons of Ripley; stepdaughters, Mrs. Mary Jane Simpkins and Mrs. Berry Jean Grau, both of Tyler Mountain; 50 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.  Services were Friday, Fairplain EUB Church, with the Rev.Eddie Henson officiating.  Interment in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
