Information: Funeral services for W. W. Anderson, 84 years old and a well known citizen of Ripley, were held from the Epworth church Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock with Rev. J. R. Withrow in charge.  Burial was in the Pine Hill cemetery with Rev. J. R. Withrow in charge.  Burial was in the Pine Hill cemetery.  Mr. Anderson had been in failing health for some time but a heart attack last Friday evening resulted in his death about 7:30 o'clock.  For many years he was the proprietor of the Anderson Hotel here, and was known to hundreds of Jackson countians who patronized his hotel.  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Viola C. Batten Anderson, and one brother, Lester Anderson, of Leroy.  He lived in Ripley for many years and was one of the towns highly respected citizens.  The active pallbearers at the funeral were:  Fred Batten, Orville Batten, Otho Batten, Frank McGrew, Seaman McGrew, and Gilbert McGrew.  The honorary pallbearers were:  M. C. Archer, W. A. Harrison, J. A. Shinn, Okey Ellison, Dr. W. E. Casto, C. O. Shinn, W. R. Rader, Dr. J. Howard Smith, J. E. Harrison, C. R. Kessel, Park Pfost, George E.
